At YLN Studio, the Presence stage starts at €1,200 excluding VAT for a custom website of up to 5 pages, optimised for Google and AI search, delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. Maintenance is optional, at €90 a month excluding VAT.
What's the difference between Presence, System and Agent?

Presence makes you visible and credible. System adds a CRM, automated emails and online booking so you stop losing requests. Agent adds AI assistants that qualify requests and draft replies, under your control. Each stage includes the one before.
Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. The stages are designed to stack: moving from Presence to System, then to Agent, does not require rebuilding the website.
What does an AI agent actually do for my organisation?

It reads incoming requests, answers frequent questions from your own documents, drafts replies and quotes, and follows up at the right time. Every sensitive action goes through your approval.
Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Accounts, access and data are created in your name. Personal data processing is framed (GDPR) before anything goes live.
How much does the AI cost day to day?

Usage costs depend on the volume of requests. They are estimated during the diagnostic, billed at cost and can be capped.
Why is Run required for the Agent stage?

An AI agent has to be monitored and tuned: services change, and so does your content. Run keeps the agent reliable over time.
How long does it take?

1 to 2 weeks for Presence, 3 to 4 for System, 4 to 6 for Agent, from sign-off of the scope and receipt of your content.
How does payment work?

40% on signature, the balance on delivery. Prices exclude VAT. Run is billed monthly.
