- The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit: through the request form or the free audit (name, email, organisation, website, need, budget, message, landing page and visit source). Purpose: answering your request, sending you the audit report and following up commercially, including a few follow-up emails (legal basis: your consent, given with a checkbox). Emails are sent through Brevo, a France-based provider. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To prepare our conversations, your request may be summarised by an AI service (Lovable AI), without your name or email and with no automated decision. This data is stored with Supabase, the site's database provider, accessible only to the site owner, and kept for 3 years after the last contact. Your IP address is not stored in clear: a hashed fingerprint is used only to limit abuse. No advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics audience measurement runs only if you accept it in the banner; it is used solely to understand which pages are useful, with IP anonymised and 14-month retention. The banner lets you accept or decline this audience measurement. The site's videos are hosted by the site itself and play without cookies.
